New Hummer bus for CATOL

A brand new Hummer 18-seater bus, purchased recently by theCathedralChurchof the Transfiguration of our Lord (CATOL) Owerri, has been dedicated by the Lord Bishop of Owerri, Rt Rev Cyril C. Okorocha PhD.

Dedicating the tear-rubber bus at the Chapel of St Mark, Bishop’s Bourne, Anglican Diocese of Owerri last Wednesday, Bishop Okorocha congratulated the CATOL congregation for their efforts in purchasing such a brand new bus, and charged them to ensure that they get a much bigger one by the time the Cathedral building will be completed and dedicated towards the end of this year.

He assured all those who committed their resources for the realization of the project, of God’s abundant blessings, and hoped that the bus will be used to further the cause of evangelism in theCathedralChurchand beyond.

Earlier in a testimony at the Chapel, the Cathedral Administrator, Venerable Paul Nwozuzu, said it was indeed a thing to give thanks to the Almighty God, recalling that it was not too long ago when the CATOL Anglican Youth Fellowship (AYF) members, led by their leader then, Mr Chinonso Onumah, were in the Chapel for the dedication of the bus purchased by them, also for the furtherance of evangelical works of the Fellowship in the Cathedral.
