APGA inaugurates caucus By Chinasa Ogbonna

All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Imo State caucus has been charged to liaise with the party leaders in their areas to propagate the party at all levels.

APGA state chairman, Chief Marshal Okeaforanyanwu, gave the charge while inaugurating the caucus members of Ideato South and Ohaji/Egbema at the party’s secretariat in Owerri.

Chief Okeaforanyanwu stressed, however, that the caucus status was not created to displace other leaders of the party at their various wards and local governments but to help propel the party to greater heights and also form a formidable grassroots structure.

He, therefore stressed the need for team work and avoidance of personality clashes.

In his remarks at the occasion, the Orlu APGA Zonal Chairman, Chief G.N. Asika, enjoined the Ohaji/Egbema caucus members to help unite their  political leaders, especially the Assembly member and the TC chairman.

Hon Ikechukwu Amuka, member for Ideato in the Imo State House of Assembly called for honesty while Hon Prince Ugochukwu Nwokeoma, who spoke in behalf of other caucus members, pledged to be committed.
