Bishop commends Christian Voice newspaper mgt, staff

The Anglican Bishop of Ikeduru, Rt. Rev. Emma Maduwike, has commended Christian Voice  newspaper management and staff for demonstrating a high sense of professionalism in the production of their newspaper.

Bishop Maduwike  made the commendation when the Christian Voice editorial team called on him in his office at the Cathedral Church of St. Matthew, Atta, Ikeduru Local government Area, recently. The Bishop who was in high spirits as preparations for the third anniversary celebration of the Diocese was in top gear, expressed satisfaction with the paper’s adequate coverage of the activities of the Diocese.

He said that the working relationship between Ikeduru Diocese and Christian Voice is strong and urged the newspaper to continue in the same vein.

The prelate stressed that the bond between Ikeduru and Owerri dioceses is strong, citing the fact that many members of Ikeduru Diocese live and worship in Churches in Owerri.

He, however, confirmed that they always meet their responsibilities to   their home churches and Diocese.
