Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has said that his administration would focus on commercialization, job creation and industrialization in its second phase.
This, he said, is to boost economic development of the state.
Gov. Okorocha, who said this while briefing” newsmen on his return from an overseas trip said that he wants to build an “economic bridge” to bring back Imo sons and daughters abroad and make them participate in the development of the state.
“I traveled overseas on the invitation of Imo sons and daughters and we discussed the activities of the state government and the need for them to come back home and invest”, he said.
The Governor said that the second phase of his administration would be business-like, adding that the trip offered him the opportunity to talk with some investors, especially in the area of agriculture.
