Ven Emeribe to celebrate priesthood anniversary

A senior clergy in the Anglican Diocese of Ikeduru, Imo State and the Archdeacon of Inyishi Archdeaconry, Ven. Josiah I.O. Emeribe will on Sunday, November 29th, 2015 celebrate his 30th anniversary of service in God’s Vineyard and the 25th anniversary of his priestly ordination.
The event which will take place at St Peter’s (Ang) Church, Unmoziri, Inyishi in Ikeduru local government area will be marked with a special thanksgiving service.
According to the chairman, publicity sub-committee of the celebration, Mr. Ugochukwu Nwachukwu, the Anglican Bishop of Ikeduru, Rt. Rev. Emmanuel C. Maduwike, will be the father of the day while Sir Clifford Unachukwu will be the chairman of the event as the special guests of honour  are Sir and Lady Enoch Iwueze, Sir and Lady Hope Nnadozie as well as Ezinwa and Mrs. Magnus Ibe.
Expected at the auspicious event are religions leaders, politicians, Knights and their Ladies, government functionaries family members, friends, well-wishers and others.
Speaking to Christian Voice, the celebrant, Ven. Emeribe described the event as an apt occasion to appreciate God’s grace and faithfulness to him and family despite all odds.
