National Youth Corp members have been asked to see their service period as an opportunity to familiarize themselves with people of different cultures and languages.
The Transition Committee Chairman, Ideato North Local Government Area, Imo State, Mrs. Ijeoma Obiezu gave the advice recently when corp members posted to her local government called at her in her office.
She urged them to be diligent in order to distinguish themselves at the end of their service.
The TC Chairman urged them to feel at home, promising to make their welfare her priority.
The officer in-charge of the corp members welfare in the local government, Mr. Stanley Nduka thanked Mrs. Obiezu for giving them the opportunity to serve as the members also assured her of doing their best to lift her administration.
