Ndi Igbo charged to take voter registration serious

lgbos have been charged to participate fully in the ongoing continuous Voters Registration exercise to have a say in the nation’s polity.
Fr. Val Nzewunwa of Christ the King Catholic Church Oru Ahiara gave the charge while highlighting the merits of the exercise.
He enjoined those that were not opportuned to register in the last registration exercise as well as those who just turned 18 years to take advantage of the opportunity to avert disfranchisement.
The clergy regretted that those who have no fear of God have hijacked politics because of the erroneous impression by many that politics is a dirty game and that children of God should not participate in the process.
Fr. Val therefore encouraged the faithful to pick interest in politics and be prepared to play the game to liberate Igbos from marginalization, deprivation, stagnation and captivity.
