Govs back OBJ’s coalition for Nigeria

A State governor in the South East and six others from other geo-political zones are behind the promotion of former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s Coalition for Nigeria, according to reports.
The movement is currently being coordinated by a former governor of Osun State, Olagunsoye Oyinlola.
Mr. Oyinlola is a longstanding associate of the former Nigerian leader.
According to reports,  Oyinyola is to act as national spokesman, as such roles would be appointed at all levels, including state senatorial zones down to the ward level.
The movement is expected to be unveiled at an undisclosed location in Abuja.
Former President Obasanjo had released a public commentary on the Buhari administration in which he advised the President not to seek re- election in 2019. He said the President deserves rest.
