Anglicans fast, pray for Ihedioha

A three-day fasting and prayer for the success of the new administration in Imo State ends today in all Anglican churches in the Diocese of Owerri.
The fasting and prayer followed the directives of the Bishop of the Diocese, Rt. Rev. Chukwuma C. Oparah, Ph.D, JP,.
It began on Thursday, a day after Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha was sworn in as the sixth democratically elected governor of Imo State.
Anglican churches in the Diocese would today, hold thanksgiving services to close the fasting and prayers.
