Udokwu condemns attack on Ihedioha

The Director General (DG) of Ihedioha Campaign Organisation and a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from Orlu zone, Dr Vin Udokwu, has condemned the recent attacks against Rt. Hon Emeka Ihedioha by Mr. Blyden Amajirionwu, Uche Nwosu, Batos Nwadike and others who belong to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He said the recent media attacks and  propaganda were unwarranted, misleading, very petty and an open show of envy and jealousy against the achievements of Rt. Hon Ihedioha the people’s governor.
Dr Udokwu made the assertion while interacting with journalists in Owerri recently. According to the former Commissioner of Health and Chief of Staff, the attack has further exposed the true nature of the attackers mostly APC members whom he said cannot be compared in any way with Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha all put together.
He revealed that part of the attack was driven by fear of losing at the Supreme Court on 2nd of March, 2020, review of the 14th January, 2020 judgement. He believed it is apprehension and guilty conscience that have prompted some members of  APC  to embark on cheap propaganda and blackmail to attract cheap attention.
Dr Udokwu opted that no amount of propaganda and blackmail will make God to save APC or stop the Supreme Court from correcting the glaring errors and deliver the right judgement that will preserve our nascent democracy and return the people’s choice, Rt. Hon Emeka Ihedioha, to power. He advised them to stop overheating the polity with politics of calumny and hatred.
He enjoined those encouraging the Supreme Court to set a bad precedence to desist from such act because of its future negative consequences. Dr Udokwu said people should be ashamed to be linked to wrong way of doing things and expect the generality of us to clap for them.
Dr Udokwu insisted that a thorough review of that judgement will set the records straight in Imo and expressed his optimism that the Supreme Court will not allow anybody to fraudulently mislead them again.
